FREE DELIVERY FOR PURCHASES OVER R2000. PLEASE NOTE CERTAIN CONSOLES THAT ARE LARGE OR HEAVY IN WEIGHT, CERTAIN FIGURINES AND TOYS, CERTAIN HARDWARE AND ACCESSORIES AND COLLECTORS’ EDITIONS BEING PURCHASED REQUIRE THE DELIVERY FEE TO BE PAID BY THE CUSTOMER.

Customers may choose either to collect at Oasis Gaming collection point or use the courier guy delivery service. Delivery fees vary, refer to the delivery rates mentioned below. All deliveries take 2-5 working days unless there are unforeseeable circumstances. Products ordered that are extremely heavy weight and require large box packaging will have to be shipped via a different courier company whereby the shipping rates will be determined at the onset of the sale and will be liable to pay by you (customer). The rates below are for standard products and packaging.

Exclusions:

Guidelines for deliveries and pick-up point:

  1. All items will be sent out for delivery once monies are reflected or received.
  2. Any cancelations will result in the customer paying the delivery costs, restocking fees or any handling fees incurred which Oasis gaming is not liable to pay for, only the cost of the item will be refunded excluding the above costs underlined.
  3. With all purchases you will be offered to take insurance on your product as Oasis gaming is not liable for any unforeseen issues when the products are being delivered e.g.  high-jackings, accidents etc. The insurance will be 2% of the cost of your purchase, if you choose not to pay this, any unforeseeable issues during delivery that occur, Oasis gaming will not be liable to refund or exchange your items or compensate for your loss. Flyers cannot be insured. 
  4. Please note the insurance option is offline and is not working, no customer will be given the option of insurance on their deliveries until further notice.
  5. The delivery time is 2-5 working days, however we cannot guarantee that there won’t be delays as unforeseeable issues can occur during delivery process.
  6. When returning a product, please ensure the item is carefully secured in a box to avoid damages, failure to do so may result in the product being damaged in transit whereby Oasis Gaming is not accountable for.
  7. All information such as address, and postal code must be correct as we are not liable if you have given us incorrect details. Incorrect details can result in the delivery not being made and can incur additional charges.
  8. If you choose collection point, ID and receipt must be presented for authentication.
  9. Deliveries will not be made after hours, public holidays, Saturday, and Sunday.
  10. Oasis gaming does not accept cash on delivery. Cash will only be accepted on collection from the collection point.
  11. We do not trade and ship internationally.
  12. when returning products for exchange, refund or if the item is damaged, please provide a copy of your proof of payment and ensure the product is carefully packaged for transit, failure to comply will result in the claim being rejected.
  13. Orders placed on a Friday and the weekend, delivery arrangements will be executed on the 1st working day following the weekend in question.
  14. Oasis gaming does not deliver to mines, Power Stations, plots, farms, military bases, game lodges, ports/harbours, embassies etc.
  15. If you or someone else is not available to collect the product you ordered to be delivered to that specified address the product/products will be returned to Oasis Gaming and you will be liable for any costs incurred and you will not be refunded and the product will not be sent to you again, as you or someone must be available to collect the product.
  16. Oasis Gaming is not liable for any theft, hijacking or damage of the customers package/s during the couriers delivery. In the event that this does occur we will not do refunds or exchanges. we do apologies for this inconvenience.
